Boise Hotshots Fitness Assessment:

The Boise Hotshots might very well have one of more rigorous fitness assessments of any IHC. Here's what to expect:

1. 15 minute warm-up.
1. 800 meter slow jog
2. 2 sprints
3. 3 starts from a stand-still
4. 3 quickness /agility drills
5. 3 minutes of Abdominal and Back exercises
6. Five minute stretch
2. 40 yard dash for time. 5 minute recovery.
3. Push-ups. 5 minute recovery.
4. 400 meter timed run. 5 minute recovery.
5. Pull-ups. 5 minute recovery.
6. 16" Box Jumps. 90 seconds. 400 meter jog/walk recovery.
7. Sit-ups. 1 minute.
8. Dips. 5 minute recovery.
9. One mile run for time.
